Hopefully, The Hardest Part Will Be Getting The Horses In The Water
Drumroll, please. I would like to inform everyone that I will be coaching water polo this year. It became official last week, so I am a little late in getting this news out, but we are both really excited. Hopefully this will be part of the break that I need and will lead to a full-time instructional position. If anyone has any words of wisdom, do not be afraid to share. Hopefully I won't jeselnick it up.

Make sure they learn about their "Franchise" coach and see if they too can learn how to help their opponents score!
Where are you coaching? Are you going to start by teaching synchronized swimming techniques?
I am coaching at my school. We will work on eggbeater techniques and the sort, but most of our kids are swimmers, so it's not a big deal. As for the Franchise, we aren't playing football here.
Congratulations Chris. If I may impart some wisdom for your players bestowed upon me during high school by Dan: "give 'em a bloody nose". But seriously, you are going to do a great job!
